Photo of display of a scale model of the NAPC Test Facility which was located on the first floor of building 1. It was used to explain the testing facility and its systems to dignitaries, etc. At some point (perhaps the late 1970s), probably during a reorganization, the model was removed and possibly given to someone or some organization. Jim Thaler is shown in the forefront of the photo with a pointer. Photo likely taken around 1962-63.
