History of Naval Tactical Airborne Electronic Warfare Countermeasures

Join us for a presentation on the history of the US Navy's use of electronic warfare-- the art and science of preserving the use of the electromagnetic spectrum (radio frequencies, microwaves, infrared, visible, ultraviolet, x-rays and gamma rays) for friendly use while denying its use by the enemy.

Bud Holloway has over 50 years of electronic warfare experience. He served in the US Navy as an ECMO/BN in the EKA-3B SKYWARRIOR in Vietnam and in the EA-6B in Lebanon. He also served as an Electronic Warfare Officer on Carrier Group and with the Sixth Fleet. He was a Program Manager for Navy EW Expendables and “Advanced” EW S&T and served as a Commander of DPRO at Sperry for RADAR and Navy Surface Missile Systems.
