If this is at Johnsville, someone must have had a real important R & D project. Back in the 60's I earned a Naval Aviator "Green Card" instrument qualification. It meant that I could fly one of our planes in zero-zero weather conditions. Once you earned it, you realized that you were smart enough not to do that!
